At Zinduka Community, we conduct home visits to better understand the social and economic realities that may not be visible in schools or public spaces. These visits help us see the full picture—housing conditions, access to food, caregiver support, and overall household stability.
During home visits, we engage with families in their own environment, listening to their challenges and strengths. Many families are doing their best under difficult circumstances, and our role is not to judge but to understand how support can be most effective.
These visits often reveal hidden barriers to education, such as lack of school supplies, unstable income, or caregiving responsibilities that affect attendance. By identifying these challenges early, we can connect families to appropriate support programs within education, livelihood, or community assistance initiatives.
